MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading Financial Services firm in Belfast to source a Project Manager to join their team on a 10 month contract. You will be an integral part of the PMO team, contributing to the strategic growth and operational development of the firm by managing a suite of projects across international locations.
You will define the scope of assigned projects, managing the resources required and a range of stakeholders in various locations. You will prepare detailed project plans, managing these through the internal project management system and monitoring these throughout to ensure successful deliver. You will work in accordance to internal project methodology and have budgetary responsibility in the delivery of each project. You will determine objectives and measures that each project will be evaluated against upon completion and track ongoing progress. You will write reports and presentations including project recommendations.
You will have experience managing a variety of complex projects through planning, documentation, execution to completion. You should have an ability to take an innovative approach to resolving any issues encountered; implementing any training needs arising from projects and related solutions. You will have excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills as well as the ability to take initiative and self-manage. It would be beneficial to have previous Financial Services experience and a Project Management qualification, but not essential.
