MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading Financial Services firm in Belfast to source a Project Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract. You will manage the documentation of high quality end to end processes and procedures, contributing to a suite of projects across international locations.
You will be responsible for the development and provision of project documentation such as Project Initiation Document, Test Strategy, Plans and Scripts. You will ensure detailed analysis and prioritisation of project requirements and that these are understood by all members of the project team; working with other members of project team to develop and test solutions. You will adhere to internal project methodology and governance; will update project plans for task completion and track all time spent on projects in the internal project management system. You will also write reports and presentations including project recommendations.
You will have experience of documentation processes and procedures as well as a knowledge of project methodologies; Financial Services experience will be beneficial, but not essential. You will have excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably communicate with peers. You will have a proactive attitude to meet tight deadlines with the ability to take initiative and self manage. You will have strong IT skills and be able to analyse and interpret data.
