MPA Recruitment are working in partnership with our client to recruit Production Operatives for the Ballygawley area.

Main duties:

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workplace

· Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

· producing a product which meets specifications, monitoring all quality

· Undertaking multi-skilling and job rotation activities in order to maximise team flexibility

· Maintaining clean and hygienic equipment, machinery, work area and premises;

· Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

· Work to targets and aim to achieve optimum performance and efficiency levels without compromising quality, health and safety or food safety/hygiene standards.

· Teamwork - support teamwork by treating everyone with respect and dignity, contributing fully to the team effort, co-operating with and assisting the team – Staff and Managers at all levels.

The role holder may from time to time be required to undertake reasonable additional or other duties as are necessary to meet the needs of the business.
