The purpose of this job is to ensure smooth running in a busy office. The main responsibilities are:
General administration
Sorting mail
Monitoring emails
Answering Telephone calls
Filling etc.
The ideal candidate must have:
A willingness to learn
Previous administration experience
The want to potentially progress into a more senior administration/personal secretary role.
