This is a busy and exciting role based in Omagh, this role is a busy secretarial role that would suit someone wanting career progression. There is a lot of options for growth within this role.

The purpose of this job is to ensure smooth running in a busy office. The main responsibilities are:

  • General administration

  • Sorting mail

  • Monitoring emails

  • Answering Telephone calls

  • Filling etc.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A willingness to learn

  • Previous administration experience

  • The want to potentially progress into a more senior administration/personal secretary role.
