MPA Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator for a permanent contract in Coleraine. You will be working in a busy Payroll Department ensuring that all aspects of Payroll processing are completed accurately and based on standard company procedure.


Main duties:

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data;
  • Update payroll records;
  • Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions and leave entitlement;
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information;
  • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests;
  • Raise sales invoices; Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operation by keeping information confidential;
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Applicants should be:

  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and general IT capability;
  • Be experienced in Payroll software;
  • Have previous experience with the PAYE process; Able to prioritise tasks;
  • Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
  • Possess excellent writing skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a reactive environment;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Creative and positive attitude
