MPA are looking for an Out of Hours Coordinator to work from our Head Office in Derry~Londonderry on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 7pm. (Shifts times can be varied from 7am-1pm or 1pm-7pm).

Job Description

These roles will be busy and demanding so we are looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about providing an outstanding service.

Responsibilities will include:

·         Telephone, SMS and email contact with both care workers and our clients in the Healthcare Sector in order to successfully place staff into shifts.

·         Work closely with internal MPA staff to ensure efficient handovers are provided and to discuss any issues which may arise.

·         Record all shifts and staff availability on to company database.

·         Adhere to company policies and procedures.

·         Carry out administrative duties.

·         Understand the overall company structure and use initiative to assist in any outstanding tasks.

Person Specification:

·         Previous customer service and administration experience or experience working in healthcare.

·         Demonstrate the ability to provide an outstanding customer service.

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritise and use initiative.

·         Computer literate, particularly with email and MS Excel

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
