MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a highly successful energy business to source an Operations Lead to join their team in Belfast. This is a pivotal role in this growing business as a customer engagement expert setting the benchmark for quality.
You will be responsible for developing a solid team and continually maintain a great working environment; promoting excellent customer service and support to customers; team management; and KPI tracking and reporting. This role will oversee operational, IT and finance functions working alongside several departments and create innovative methods to enhance customer experience. You will deliver technical advice; contribute to training and growth of the departments; and oversee quality & compliance adherence.
You should have at least 5 years’ experience as an Operations Lead, Project Management or Business Analyst role; working within the Energy or Utilities sector is preferred. You should have the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and be happy to wear many hats. You will have strong IT skills using CRM systems, call management software with a strong attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce quality work within tight timescales.
