MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading Financial Services firm in Luxembourg to source an Office Manager to join their team. This new role will report directly to the Managing Director and will be an integral part of the team.

This is a broad role overseeing many key areas in the office. You will be responsible for maintaining client records; for updating purchase invoice registers; for arranging and instructing payments in settlement of invoices and expenses; and for overseeing relationship with suppliers. Your role will involve electronic and paper filing, ordering resources for the office, collecting and distributing post, welcoming visitors, etc.

The successful candidate will be able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. You will be commercially aware and be able to recognise and respond to risk situations. You will have sound numeracy and bookkeeping skills. You will be comfortable using and have a practical application of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and Outlook.
