MPA Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of an Industrial Client based outside Omagh.

The Role:

Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary.

Assist in administrating and processing orders.

Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.

Manages cash sales desk and administrates goods in.

Orders office supplies as needed.

Assist in purchase orders and invoicing.

Files appropriate documents as needed.

Additional office-based activities as required by Management.

Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.

Organisational Skills.

Ability to Prioritise Workload and Time Management Skills.

Customer service Skills and Strong Communicator.

Be able to work Independently.

Strong Attention to Detail and Record Keeping Skills.

Must Have the Ability to Multitask.

Prior Office Management Experience Preferred.

 

This is a permanent position with an immediate start date.

Salary is Dependent on Experience

Normal working hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 2.00pm
