MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Nursing Supervisor, Outpatients to lead their team. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Nursing Supervisor, you will supervise and guide the day to day operational activities of the OPD and provide clinical and professional supervision to the assigned nursing team. You will ensure patients are receiving safe and efficient Nursing care on a timely manner as well as ensuring that OPD Nurses are well trained and competent to perform their expected tasks and duties.
The Nursing Supervisor will work closely with the wider OPD team to deliver a high quality of patient care.
Your duties will include providing efficient clinical supervision and guidance to meet patient and family expectations; providing highly effective staff management and scheduling to ensure proper coverage as per the workload; and ensuring the department has all the resources necessary to provide services against the quality indicators of the OPD.
You will have at least 10 years’ relevant experience; the most recent 5 years’ experience should be at Head Nurse / Nursing Supervisor level.
