MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Nurse Manager of Administration to join their senior management team. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of renowned experts across their integrated services.
As Nurse Manager of Administration, you will manage, monitor, organize and supervise the daily operational activities of the Nursing Administration team and provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership. You will ensure a high standard of nursing care is consistently delivered to patients safely and cost-effectively to achieve the ultimate goal which is patient satisfaction, as well as lead initiatives to foster a patient-family-centered environment and transform care delivery.
You will ensure compliance with all approved policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions related to the Nursing Administration meet JCIA / CBAHI requirements and are regularly reviewed and updated.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 12 years’ relevant experience; current national license and basic life support (BLS) certification.
