Job Description

MPA are currently recruiting for Nursing Auxiliaries to work within Antrim Hospital, on a day shift basis with an immediate start available. The pay rate is £12.21-£22.34 per hour depending on the shift worked. The role will involve working closely with nurses to provide a high standard of care to residents.

Role Responsibilities 

• Providing a high standard of personal care to residents
• Providing assistant at meal times as well as recording food and fluid intake
• Promoting independence where possible
• Providing support with mobility
• Making beds
• Communicating with residents and making them feel comfortable

Essential Criteria

• 6 months experience in a Health Care setting
• NISCC registration
• Willing to complete Annual Enhanced Access NI Check

Desirable Criteria

• Health and Social Care Qualification
