MPA Recruitment are currently recruiting for Nursing Auxiliaries in the North down Area.
Looking for flexible working patterns? MPA Recruitment are looking to recruit Band 2 and Band 3 Nursing Auxiliary staff to join our ever expanding team to assist with covering shifts with in the hospitals. Shifts cover a 24-hour period Monday - Sunday with enhanced pay rates for nights and weekends. Flexible working hours can be accommodated to cover either part time or full-time hours to suit individual needs.
Immediate starts are available once background checks are completed.
Pay Rate:
Band 2 - £9.21 - £16.85 dependent on shift worked.
Band 3 - £10.09 - £17.56 dependent on shift worked.
What the role entails:
- Providing a high standard of persona care to patients,
-Providing assistance at mealtimes as well as recording food and fluid intake
- Promoting independence where possible,
-Working in various hospital ward settings.
- personal care and assisting with mobility while always maintaining their dignity.
Essential Criteria:
·Registered with NISCC or willing to register,
·Mandatory training completed within the last 12 months or willingness to do inhouse free training,
·Must complete Enhanced Access NI check,
·6 months previous experience working within the healthcare sector.
