MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Nursing Supervisor - ER. This is a world class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Nursing Supervisor, ER you will supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel in ER and verify that patients’ needs are met; evaluate units nursing care and performance. Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments. Promote continuing professional development of staff and ensure the provision of the best quality patient care within the available resources.
Your duties will include but not limited to working with the head nurse to determine the optimal allocation of staff per shift, ensure smooth functioning of ER on assigned shift, notify patient services manager with any concerns, assist unit nurses in completing risk assessments and investigations
You will have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and a minimum of 8 years of experience with 4 years of this being at Head Nurse / Nurse Supervisor.
