MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Nursing Manager, ER. This is a world class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Nursing Manager, ER you will be managing, monitoring, organising, and supervising the daily operational activities of the Emergency Rooms and provide clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the assigned nursing team. You will ensure a high standard of nursing care is consistently delivered to patients safely and cost effectively to achieve the ultimate goal which is patient satisfaction and protect business interest as well as lead initiatives to foster a patient-family centred environment and transform care delivery.
Your duties will include but not limited to scheduling and staffing plans of nurses, enforcing infection control protocols, oversee and monitor the delivery of nursing care, act as patient advocate, communicate with clinical departments and monitor the level and standard of work produced by the staff.
You will have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and a minimum of 12 years of experience with 7 years of this being at Head Nurse / Nursing Supervisor level.
