MPA Recruitment Armagh are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Band 6 Social worker for the Primary Mental Health Care Team within the health and Social care Trust in the Newry area.
JOB SUMMARY
The post holder will work as a member of ward-based multi-disciplinary teams within the acute in-patient unit. The post holder will provide skilled, evidence based interventions to service users and carers. The post holder will have responsibility for discharging some functions under the Mental Health (NI) Order 1986 and other relevant legislation such as the Mental Capacity Act.
Qualifications/Experience:
Hold recognised Professional Social Work qualification (CQSW/ Dip SW/ CSS).
Hold appropriate NISCC registration.
Hold a full current driving license valid for use in the UK and have access to a car.
Must be willing to complete access check
Must have experience in Mental Health.
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
