Job description
RoleResponsibilities
Trim, debone, and prepare meat cuts according to specifications.
Inspect and maintain equipment for cleanliness and proper functioning.
Ensure all cuts meet quality control standards.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.
Experience
Previous experience in meat trimming or related field is preferred but not essential
Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
