Job description

RoleResponsibilities

  • Trim, debone, and prepare meat cuts according to specifications.

  • Inspect and maintain equipment for cleanliness and proper functioning.

  • Ensure all cuts meet quality control standards.

  • Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.

Experience

  • Previous experience in meat trimming or related field is preferred but not essential

  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques.

  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
