Support the marketing team in the delivery of all aspects of marketing. Initially focusing on supporting the team with printing, imagery management and social media but depending on ability leading to management of the company’s social media and other online communication channels, including creating engaging content for the websites, social media, blog and customer magazine.
Initially the role will involve:
Being a support resource for the marketing team as required, managing internal and external print requirements and dispatch to store, sourcing and managing imagery requests from suppliers, responding to customer enquiries and comments via social media and online channels, data entry ensuring customer databases are up to date and accurate, general administration – fielding general marketing enquiries, meetings and minutes.
The role will then evolve to include:
- Researching and creating content for online channels
- Ensuring website is updated with latest news, events and headers
- Booking media and ensuring content is created and delivered on time
- Support design team in creation of emails via MailChimp
