MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading Financial Services firm in Belfast to source a Learning & Development Officer to join their team. You will play a key role contributing to the growth and development of the business and converting existing training modules into an e-Learning format.

Your role will involve identifying training needs in collaboration with the business; design of specialist training and delivery of programs based on the needs on the business; and updating and maintaining training programs in collaboration with the Learning and Development Team. You will provide quality evaluation of the contribution and impact of training as well as maintaining training records on the Learning Management System.

You should have related experience in a previous role, be an excellent communicator and have a positive, enthusiastic attitude. It would be beneficial if you have worked in a Financial Services or Accounting environment previously using a Learning Management System or an e-Learning authoring tool, but these are not essential to be considered.
