MPA are delighted to recruit Kitchen Assistants for ad hoc shifts on behalf of our clients based in the Coleraine area. Shifts will vary and this will be on a temporary ongoing basis.

Job Duties

· Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

· Ensuring all utensils and dishes are washed correctly and ensure they are stored appropriately.

· Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.

· Preparing and cooking food 

· Correct disposal of waste/rubbish

· Cleaning food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

· Checking and recording food temperatures

Essential Criteria

· Previous experience working within a kitchen environment

· Willingness to undergo Access NI clearance

· Flexibility to work a range of shifts to suit the needs of the client including weekends

· A great team player

Desirable Criteria

· Basic food hygiene qualification
