MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a highly successful Power and Engineering Contracting Group to source a Human Resources and Personnel Manager to join their team in Jeddah. This position will be responsible and accountable for managing all Human Resource related activities across the organisation.
You will manage a division including the HR Planning and Recruitment team, the Training and Development team and the Personnel Administration team. You will ensure the implementation of the Human Resources and Personnel Department’s objectives, plans, policies & procedures and assure they serve as basis for the Human Resources and Personnel operations.
You will assist the Corporate Support Services Director in developing the annual budget and ensure all subordinates are working towards achievement of the division's goals and objectives within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities. You will monitor the operating results of the Human Resources and Personnel department, compare them to established goals and objectives, and report results to the Corporate Support Services Director. You will ensure compliance of Human Resources and Personnel department’s operations to the organisation’s policies and regulations in order to avoid any discrepancies or unsatisfactory results.
You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience; 3+ years of this experience should be at Supervisor level. You should have considerable knowledge and practical experience in local HR laws and regulations (e.g. Saudi Arabian Labour Law). You will need to be proficient in both English and Arabic Languages.
