Location: Saintfield Road, Belfast
Salary: £27.49 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

MPA Recruitment is working with our public sector client to recruit a Senior HR Manager for a key leadership role This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive innovation, ensure governance excellence, and support workforce planning and development across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior leadership and professional support across Workforce Governance, Planning, Information & Systems, Resourcing, and Pay & Conditions
• Act as HR Business Partner to all Corporate Directorates, supporting transformation, service improvement, and workforce planning initiatives
• Lead on the development and implementation of workforce strategies, systems, audits, and internal assurance plans
• Support organisational change projects by proposing pragmatic workforce solutions
• Champion best practice approaches to workforce management and staff engagement
• Lead on the implementation of whistleblowing policies, workforce data governance, and regulatory compliance
• Provide expert advice on employment legislation, working time regulations, and safe staffing

Essential Criteria:

• A relevant degree or recognised professional qualification plus 2 years' senior HR management experience

• Experience leading service change/improvement for a minimum of 3 years
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car (reasonable adjustments for disability will be considered)
