Job description
MPA are recruiting housekeepers to join our well-established team in the Coleraine area. This position will be based in Brookmount Nursing Home and will have an immediate start available. The successful candidate will help to ensure the scheme remains clean and tidy for service users. The pay rate for this role £8.91 per hour.
Job Duties
· To ensure that the scheme is clean and tidy at all times in accordance with the standards of the client
· To clean and tidy all communal areas, including the entrance hall, foyer, corridors and stairwells
· To clean and tidy all common rooms, including communal living room, kitchen, library, quiet room, hairdressing room, hobbies room, laundry room and bin store
· To clean and tidy communal toilet and shower areas
· To maintain the guest room and launder bedlinen for the room.
Essential Criteria
· Willingness to undergo Access NI clearance
· Flexibility to work a range of shifts to suit the needs of the client including weekends
· A great team player
Desirable Criteria
· Previous experience working within a housekeeping role
