MPA are recruiting an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join the front office team of a 28x bed hotel, located on the beautiful Causeway coast.
As a Hotel Receptionist your duties and responsibilities will include:
Guest checking in/out and enquiries
Taking bookings and payments from guests
Answering calls and switchboard duties
Ensuring high levels of customer services are achieved at all times
Focusing on presentational standards
Having excellent communication skills
The successful candidate must have at least 1x years’ experience in the following roles:
- Customer facing
GCSE English & Maths, grade B or above.
