MPA Recruitment has been appointed by an international Financial Services firm in London to source a Head of Client Implementation to join their team. This is an important role in the busy sales team of a leading global business built around the high quality of it’s service delivery.
You will have oversight of all client take-on’s across EMEA and will provide support to the sales team as required in securing clients. You will report to the group Head of Sales, providing accurate updates, board reports and pipelines. You will ensure revenue is maximised from these opportunities and collected in a timely manner. You will ensure regular meetings and contact is made with all key clients.
You will directly manage and appraise senior members of the sales team, taking a proactive approach in identifying development and training requirements including suitable conferences. You will work closely with other technical departments in the business to ensure all client deliverables are completed as agreed.
You should have an Accounting qualification and 5 years+ experience in private equity. You will be comfortable coordinating and communicating with clients and 3rd parties. You will be organised with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to delegate. You should have knowledge of offshore requirements across locations such as Guernsey, Cayman, Luxembourg. Experience of project management would be beneficial, but not essential.
