MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Nursing Manager, Critical Care who will manage the daily operational activities of the critical care unit. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Head Nurse, ICU you will guide and supervise ICU day-to-day operational and administrative activities ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of care and act as a patient advocate and ensure they are receiving the optimal nursing care as per patient’s needs. The ICU Head Nurse is responsible in ensuring that are Nursing staff are well trained and competent to perform all duties.
Your duties include doing rounds to check the patient’s condition and ensure they are receiving the correct care, supervising patient admission, distributing daily staff assignments, auditing nursing documentation, monitoring staff performance, preparing staff rotas and schedules and attending nursing administration meetings and ensuring implementation of recommendations.
You will have a minimum of 8 years relevant experience and 5 years’ experience at Senior Nursing Level.
