MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Head Nurse, ER this is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Head Nurse, ER you will supervise and guide the day-to-day operational activities of the department ensuring that patients are receiving safe and efficient nursing care on a timely manner as well as ensuring the ER Nurses staff are well trained and competent to perform their expected tasks and duties. Head Nurse of ER works closely with the ER Head to achieve high quality of patient care.
Your duties will include but not limited to maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring all staff are adhering to infection control standards, actively managing clinical risk and incidents as per policy, ensuring department has all required resources such as; staff, supplies and disposables, equipment, storage facilities, good stock levels and monitoring expiry dates of medications and supplies, performing certain Nursing procedures such as checking vital signs, developing care plans, triage and trauma management.
