MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Head Nurse, Endoscopy will manage the daily operational activities of the critical care unit. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Head Nurse, Endoscopy you will provide professional leadership, managerial support and clinical expertise to all staff assigned within your area to ensure safe and quality nursing care to patients who are going under endoscopic procedures. This position requires expertise in endoscopy with an understanding in pathophysiology, physiology, and pharmacodynamics of conscious sedation.
Duties will include being accountable for the delivery and provision of quality service, administrating prescribed medications as per HMG policy, reviewing and monitoring staffing requirements, ensuring the availability of resources needed in the unit, preforming nursing procedures and ensuring adherence to infection control policies.
You will have Bachelors Degree in Nursing, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 5 of those years’ experience at Senior Nursing level.
