MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Head Nurse, CCU - Telemetry who will be responsible in providing professional supervisory support and clinical expertise to all nursing staff. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Head Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and quality nursing care environment within the Cardiac Care Unit and Telemetry Ward. On a daily basis you will participate in the clinical and administrative coordination of health care services within the hospital for effective management of manpower and physical resources.
Your duties will include but not limited to reviewing and monitoring staffing requirements, directing the delivery of patient care, ensuring the availability of all resources needed in the unit, ensuring adherence to infection control policies, performing nursing procedures in CCU and Telemetry and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of 8 years’ experience and 5 years of experience at senior nursing level.
