An Award-winning 4* Hotel in co. Donegal is seeking a Front Office Manager who will directly supervise all front office personnel and ensuring proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas, prepare monthly report and budget for front office department.

Front Office Manager Responsibilities:

· Hiring, training, scheduling shifts for all front office personnel

· Supervise workload during shifts

· Evaluate the job performance of each office employee

· Maintains master key control

· Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously

· Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift

· Ensure all front office employees are always wearing proper uniforms

· Uphold the hotel’s commitment to hospitality

· Prepare performance reports related to front office

· Maximise room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily

· Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting

· Manage rate packages and availability on all OTA’s and hotel website

· Monitor all V.I.P’s special guests and requests

· Maintain required parts of all front office and stationary supplies

· Review front office logbook and guest feedback forms on a daily basis

· Perform other duties as requested by management
