Food & Beverage Assistant
MPA Recruitmentare exclusive recruitment partners to theNational Trust. We are currently recruitingFood & Beverage Assistantswith an excellent attitude to work at the Giants Causeway Visitors Centre located on the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Giants Causeway.
You will deliver outstanding customer service to a broad range of customers, assisting in the effective operation of the cafe. Have a positive and friendly attitude coupled with an enthusiastic approach to exceeding customer expectations.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Meeting and greeting visitors within the café
· Food preparation, for lunch menu, soups, sandwiches & salads
· Preparing fresh teas and coffees
· Keeping your workstation clean & tidy at all times
· Cash handling & use of the till
· Housekeeping duties
· Serving Customers
Person Specification:
· Previous experience working in a customer facing role
· Be an excellent team player
· Have strong communication skills
· Strong time management skills
· Have a positive and friendly attitude coupled with an enthusiastic approach
· Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns
· Be an excellent team player
· Hold a basic food hygiene certificate would be advantageous
