MPA are recruiting a motivated Family Physician for a Family Health Organization (FHO) in Scarborough, Ontario. You will join a team of 27 Doctors to provide comprehensive family medicine within a professionally run clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and preventative healthcare services to a patient panel of all ages with varying healthcare needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including medication management, lifestyle recommendations and referrals to specialists if needed.
• Manage and monitor chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and respiratory disease.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records to facilitate efficient and effective patient care.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree and completion of a Family Medicine Residency.
• License to practice from the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons.

• Be willing to work on call 1-2x per month.
