MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source an Executive Director of Nursing Administration to join their senior management team in Riyadh. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of renowned experts across their integrated services.
As Executive Director of Nursing Administration, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are provided in a safe and cost-effective environment through the management of resources and other allied healthcare team members, and facilitating the delivery of quality nursing care through coordinating and management of nursing across the group.
You will develop, review, propose nursing manpower plan; monitor and review the current nursing manpower keeping in view of nursing workforce utilization, allocation, and professional development; and prepare reports and data on a timely manner to management. You will strategically align the organisation and collaborate with academic partners in order to be able to attract and recruit Saudi nurses and achieve the required Saudization percentage whilst working with HR to ensure the recruitment of sufficiently qualified, registered and licensed nurses.
You should have a minimum of 10 years proven track record of Nursing Management level experience with expert knowledge of professional nursing practice and current trends. You will have an understanding of quality measures, formulating annual budgets and have a passion for person-centric care. You will be knowledgeable of JCA, CBHAI and other accreditation standards and guidelines; with the ability to exhibit critical thinking, time management and effective communication in a high profile environment.
