MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a highly successful global business to source Energy Engineers to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a new team within the business specifically focused on Energy Efficiency and will cover work across the Kingdom, so there is the possibility to be based in Jeddah, Riyadh or Dammam.
You will lead and perform preliminary and detailed facility audits to qualify, identify and quantify simple to complex ECMs and opportunities. You will lead and coordinate facility site visits and communicate requirements with internal resources while reviewing subcontractor proposals and rectifying gaps in savings calculations and scopes of work.
You will develop energy calculations, reports and contract exhibits; assists in proposal development and technical review; develop measurement, fault detection/diagnostic performance assurance plans and utility monitoring plans. You will be responsible for monitoring project performance and providing retro-commissioning and other energy services. You will develop design concepts and other written documentation to sales, management and National Operations concerning recommended ECMs, including accurate descriptions, savings potential, cost estimates and back up data to verify ECMs.
You will have real field experience as on-site Energy Auditors. You will have extensive practical experience performing Energy Audits levels I, II and III and have full capability to use measuring tools on site, analyse measured data doing economic and technical analysis and report investment grade audit reports. You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and be CEM, CEA, CMVP and/or LEED AP certified.
