MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a highly successful Advisory Services Group to source Advisers at multiple levels to join their Energy Advisory team in Saudi Arabia. These are new positions in the business which is growing considerably as the market recovers post-Covid.
You will provide stakeholders in the Kingdom with world-class advisory services and will be responsible for the delivery of client projects, assisting in managing the relationships with the clients and subject matter experts. You will be expected to be a trusted adviser to clients, as well as guide advisory team staff and subject matter experts on project delivery.
You will be responsible for generating analysis and insight, executing rigorous and insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy and policy development and change; delivering value through quality, demonstrating knowledge and integrity, apply and acquire technical expertise, manage projects and economics, be open minded, agile and practical with change; relationship management, working closely with clients and third parties (e.g., academics and researchers) to develop strong professional relationships; and continuous learning, proactively developing your own skills, seeking feedback, building knowledge, and sharing your insight with colleagues.
As there are roles available at multiple levels, the requirement on the level of your experience is flexible. However, you must have previous experience in energy policy or energy economics gained either in a consultancy environment, government department or research organization to be considered. You will hold a Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, energy economics, economics (preferably having Masters) and will have familiarity with professional energy sector modelling and tools desired. You will be a high energy individual possessing excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
