Electrical Engineer, Derry / Donegal

MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading Engineering firm to source an Electrical Engineer to join their team. This is a significant organisation which is a true success story in the North West and is continuing to grow; this is a new role within the team representing this ongoing investment in the business.

This is a key position in the business and is a mix of project management and technical design work. You will be the key contact between the company and the client, managing the full service delivery from initial stages, detailed design work, procurement, installation and commissioning. You will have commercial control of key projects including budgets, costings and variations and you will liaise with key customers, sub-contractors and suppliers, including site surveys and meetings

You will hold an HND or degree in Electrical Engineering and have experience working in a comparable role involving exposure to design engineering and managing multiple ongoing projects. You will have project management skills and be strong with budgeting and costings. You should have an aptitude for problem solving and an adaptability to respond to a fast moving business environment.
