MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a 2 Education Coordinators to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi.
You will be joining an organisation that has grown significantly in recent years to become the leading provider of inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, transition care and home-based healthcare services. They put a genuine emphasis in maintaining their warm and positive environment for patients, families, and employees alike.
You will provide leadership and act as a positive role model and mentor by promoting a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through contemporary evidenced-based research. You will promote an interdisciplinary team approach based on mutual respect and communication; positively & actively participate in organizational change; provide consultative clinical advice to staff through a variety of mediums while recommending changes to existing practice based on contemporary evidence.
You will develop a training needs analysis based on current and future scope of service, regulatory requirements and retrospective and prospective risk reduction strategies; evaluate the effectiveness of educational activities to determine effectiveness; maintain an accurate record of all educational activities; develop educational materials which meet the needs of a culturally diverse population; develop and implement a competency program which meets the needs of regulatory authorities, scope of service and staff proficiency.
You will hold a Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline. And you should have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in an educational setting. These 2 roles are in long term care facilities, so you should have experience within a critical care environment or within an aged care, palliative care and medically complex needs environment.
