MPA Recruitment Coleraine have an exciting new opportunity and are currently recruiting for a  Customer/Hearing Advisor for an opticians/hearing aid business in Coleraine. No previous experience working in  this setting is essential and full training will be provided. Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Saturday on a rota basis). Rate of pay is £11.64 per hour and a bonus scheme will be available after your probationary period.

 

Job Duties

·         Travel to various locations to provide services to hearing aid patients  i.e. Ballymena, Antrim, Magherafelt

  • Based in Coleraine

·         Answering customer queries

·         Performing hearing checks

·         Assessing customers ears and checking for ear wax

 

Essential Criteria

·         2 years customer services experience

·         5 GCSEs grade C and above including Maths and English

·         Must have access to their own vehicle

 

Further Information

  • Permanent contract

  • £22,700 per annum
