On behalf of our Client, MPA Recruitment welcome suitable applications for the role of: Customer Service Advisor. This is a customer facing role.
The purpose of this job is to ensure smooth running and customer satisfaction in a busy manufacturing business.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Serving customers
Cash handling
Providing excellent customer services
Communicating between suppliers.
The ideal candidate must have:
Strong Work Ethic
Good ICT Skills
Previous customer service experience.
Desirable:
Previous building / manufacturing knowledge
