Corporate Tax Manager, Belfast

MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading Accounting & Consulting firm to source a Corporate Tax Manager to join their team. This is a highly thought of business which has grown substantially in previous years and have invested significantly in their team.

You will play a key role in managing client relationships, being responsible for a range of sizeable client assignments and delivering creative solutions of varying complexity to each client. You will act as a focal point for the team, working closely with the client to identify business issues as well as leading, managing and developing junior team members.

You will provide reliable and technical services, consulting on various areas, preparing high quality tax reports and documentation. You will have a sound awareness of risk management processes. The role will also involve business development activities; seeking new opportunities and taking an active role in new client pitches.

You should have experience working in a tax department within an accountancy practice. You will be comfortable building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent service and identifying further opportunities. You will have strong technical skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work. You will ideally be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.

You will be joining a forward thinking team with a genuine entrepreneurial environment. You will receive a competitive salary reflective of your experience and will also receive excellent training with additional support for professional qualifications to enable you to progress to manager levels.
