MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading Financial Services firm in Luxembourg to source a Corporate Officer to join their team. You will be an integral part of the team, managing and executing all company secretarial and premium client service duties for your portfolio.

You will be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of the company secretarial function for assigned clients and their entities. You will maintain company secretarial records including in depth knowledge and understanding the Articles and Memoranda of these companies. You will maintain the integrity of client data in the current system, attend Board meetings, prepare board packs and drafting of minutes accurately and on timely basis. Your duties will include preparing for directors and shareholders meetings including convening notices for clients as well as the preparation of annual returns/annual validations.

You will be responsible for Risk Management and be knowledgeable with regulatory and other legislation that impacts fiduciary businesses within the jurisdiction. You should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Company Secretary or Corporate Officer role. You will have experience within a fund administration services environment with specific knowledge of the Domiciliation function and relevant Luxembourg company law in general.

You should have excellent language skills; English is the business language and a good working knowledge of German, French, and or Luxembourgish would be advantageous. As an experienced Corporate Officer, you will possess excellent communication skills and will be able to comfortably participate in discussions with senior personnel from external and internal clients. You will be able to efficiently prioritise tasks and should be a team player, flexible and willing to develop.
