MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Corporate Director of Nursing Operations to join their senior management team in Riyadh. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of renowned experts across their integrated services.

As Corporate Director of Nursing Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing department operations and practice ensuring the high quality delivery of nursing care across group projects and accountable for nursing excellence across nursing departments in collaboration with Executive Director of Nursing.

You will review and modify the strategic nursing and operational plans in collaboration with nursing management team; review and update nursing policies and procedures as per CBAHI / JCIA standards; and represent nursing in executive management committees / meetings and act as advocator for the nursing department. You will take a lead on accreditation and other related activities to ensure passing all the requirements; will monitor all KPIs related to nursing operations as per CBAHI / JCIA requirement; and ensure that nursing care delivery model clinical standards / practices are consistent with updated current research and professional development.

You will have at least 15 years’ experience; the most recent experience should be as Director of Nursing or minimum of Nursing Manager in a hospital more than 150 beds capacity. You will have previously worked in inpatient, ICU or ER environments.

You will be knowledgeable in principles, practices and techniques of Nursing care and operations with the ability to build alliances and lead in a highly matrix system. You will have strong financial / analytical skills, verbal / written communication skills, problem identification and resolution skills, decision-making ability, and the ability to develop / mentor the management team.
