MPA Recruitment has been appointed by the NHS in Northern Ireland to source a Consultant Histopathology to join their team in the Western Health and Social Care Trust.
As Consultant Histopathology you will be responsible for diagnosing and studying disease in tissues and organs using expert medical interpretation of cells and tissue samples; construction of clinical reports; provide direction to other members of the biomedical team; maintain awareness of best practice standards; undertake the professional supervision, management and training of both trainee medical staff and biomedical scientists; participate in the consultant appraisal and revalidation process; participate in the Clinical and Research Governance Framework of the Western HSC Trust.

The qualify for this post, you will need:
- Full registration with GMC, London or eligible for full GMC Registration.
- A Certificate of Completed Specialist Training (CCT)
- Current full driving license and access to a car.
- Relevant IELTS / OET Qualification, if required
