MPA Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to support and strengthen our regulatory and risk management frameworks.
As Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the compliance framework. You will be responsible for monitoring and advising on regulatory requirements, conducting internal reviews, and supporting risk management activities across the organization.
Main Duties:
- Maintenance of employee database.
- Arranging and conducting interviews and scheduling mandatory training days for current employees.
- Assist Quality assurance officer with client visits regarding new referrals and current service users.
- Creating and updating website content and social media platform posts.
- Assist management with external projects as and when required.
- Managing and ordering office supplies .
- To update carer database and paper-based employee records.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries.
- In all aspects of employment to have due regard for computer security, network management and maintenance.
- To carry out all other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by the Managers and Quality Assurance Officer.
- Maintain user space for external department to include bookings and invoicing.
Essential Criteria:
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for work purposes.
- IT proficiency to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
