MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a highly successful Construction and Engineering Group to source a Communication Director to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic position responsible for managing the communication department and public relations aspect within the organization; building and sustaining the company's reputation for quality and reliability. You will report directly to the CEO and will play a significant role in the ongoing success of the firm.
You will be responsible for developing a highly effective corporate Communications Strategy; managing the company brand and reputation; ensuring the public views the organization favourably; creating and launching press releases and marketing campaigns; and contacting members of the media to set up interviews with company representatives.
You will drive corporate strategy and message development, pitch and announcement strategies; develop branding initiatives, internal communications and external media relations; determine communications strategy and execute programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the organization. You will develop communication strategies for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy; manage media relations, maximize media opportunities and develop strong relationships with media representatives.
You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in mass media or communications, marketing or a related discipline. You will have a minimum of 15-plus years’ experience in the likes of communications, marketing or public relations as well as experience in managing digital content; established media relations will be beneficial. You should have excellent presentation skills and good experience in social media.
