Your Duties

  • Responding to Inquiries: Efficiently handling queries via Telephone, Webchat, and E-mail. Strong telephony skills required.
  • This role involves answering telephone calls and providing advice on phones. Data Management: Performing data entry across various systems. This includes updating records, maintaining databases, and handling customer information with care. Confidential Document Management: Responsible for the meticulous scanning, filing and organisation of confidential documents. Adhering to strict protocols to safeguard sensitive information. 
  • Administrative Support: Assisting in various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and supporting the smooth functioning of the organisation.
  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Following established protocols, guidelines and policies to maintain compliance and confidentiality in all tasks performed.
  • Strong telephony skills required. This role involves answering telephone calls and providing advice on phones.

Your Profile

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role. At least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency.
