Job Summary

MPA Recruitment on behalf of our client welcome suitable candidates for the role of Administrator.
The successful post holder will carry out a variety of administrative tasks associated with the business and provide full secretarial support.

Duties

  • Answer telephone and face to face enquiries appropriately & professionally.
  • Provide a high standard of clerical support and secretarial services to senior member of staff.
  • In addition as a member of a clerical team, to provide clerical support to other members of staff within the department.
  • Typing letters and reports using word processing system when required.
  • Provide administrative support at meetings including minute taking and issuing relevant documentation.
  • Organise and maintain relevant dairy/schedule and arrange appointments and meetings.

Skills

  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
  • Applicants must be proficient in the use of the complete Microsoft Office including excel and power point.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria

5 GCSE's (Grade A-C) including Maths and English Language or equivalent and 2 years experience in a clerical/administrative role.

OR

3 Years experience in a clerical/administrative role.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week Monday - Friday.
