MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Charge Nurse, OR. This is a world class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Charge Nurse, OR you will be responsible for supervising and guiding Nursing staff to perform their job as indicated in their job description during specific assigned shifts. Operating room Charge Nurse will act as OR coordinator to facilitate performing the surgeries on time safely and efficiently.
Your duties will include reviewing staffing allocation to ensure proper coverage, checking all OR areas such as storerooms and medications rooms to ensure compliance to JACIA / CBAHI standards, ensuring all staff adhere to infection control guidelines and policies, ensuring all surgeries are performed on time, administering medications and general nursing duties.
You will have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and 7 years of experience in General Nursing.
