MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Charge Nurse, OBG IVF to join their senior management team. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of renowned experts across their integrated services.
As Charge Nurse OBG IVF, you will coordinate and supervise the clinics daily activities and performance to ensure patients are receiving the expected service without delay and ensure work efficiency to meet patient expectations.
Your duties will include monitoring patient flow; monitoring nursing staff and identifying staff development needs; liaising with the Head Nurse to facilitate unit education programme; participating in education and training activities; checking all department areas to ensure compliance to JCIA / CBAHI standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and have at least 7 years’ relevant experience; current national license and valid basic life support (BLS) certification.
