MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Charge Nurse, ICU. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Charge Nurse, ICU you will be responsible for coordinating, leading and supervising patient care delivery in the intensive care unit in a manner that reflects professional nursing practice.
Your duties will include demonstrating clinical competence and evaluating the effectiveness of care given, establishing priorities based on patients needs, supervise all aspects of medication management, responsible for staff and bed allocation, perform ICU Nursing procedures care of critically ill patients, care of and assisting in insertion of central venous access devices, airway management, care of patients on mechanical ventilation, sedation and assisting in lumber puncture.
You will have Bachelors in Nursing with a minimum of 7 years experience in General Nursing.
